Park Run
Arrow Valley parkrun is a free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k event held every Saturday at 9.00am. Whether you want to walk, jog, run, volunteer, or simply cheer from the sidelines, everyone is welcome. It is run by the official Vitality Parkrun team and offers a supportive community atmosphere for all ages and abilities.
The event takes place at Arrow Valley Countryside Centre and starts near to the Sailing Club. Taking part is completely free, but you will need to register before your first visit. You only need to register once and remember to bring a scannable barcode on the day if you would like an official time.
There is no minimum speed and no pressure to be fast. Come along and enjoy the morning at your own pace.
After every event, the community gathers for a post parkrun coffee at the Arrow Valley Visitors Centre – The Boathouse. Everyone is welcome to join.
