Passenger rules
• On pedalos, a dog counts as the fifth passenger and must sit safely in the centre.
Owner responsibilities
• An adult aged 18 or over must make the booking and take full responsibility for the dog.
• Leads should be kept short around the launch area to avoid trip hazards.

Wildlife protection
• Dogs must stay on a lead to avoid disturbing wildlife.
• Boats must not enter the protected wildlife areas of the lake.

Water safety
• Pedalos and rowing boats are very stable, but owners should be ready to calmly retrieve their dog if it enters the water.
• Staff may ask owners to retrieve their dog themselves for safety.
• Fresh drinking water is available for dogs, as lake water is not suitable.
Health and hygiene
• Dogs should not drink from the lake.
• Waste must be bagged and placed in the dog‑waste bins.
Failure to comply
• If owners do not follow these terms and conditions or create a safety risk, they may be asked to leave the facility.
